You can feel confident that your bonds are placed with surety companies known for their integrity, quality and honesty. Underwriting information is held in the strictest of confidentiality. Our companies meet or exceed all regulatory requirements as approved sureties to issue bonds to the Federal government as well as state and local agencies, school boards and private companies.
Our bond companies are rated by A.M. Best as Excellent (A or A-). This organization constantly reviews financial and other information on all insurance companies to help insure the solvency of the insurance industry. For more information about the A.M. Our bond companies are listed as approved sureties by the U.S. Treasury Department to issue bonds on Federal building projects. The Treasury routinely analyzes the financial statements of approved sureties and sets bond limits for each surety based upon various criteria.
